These self-paced courses are created from the heart, designed to support you on multiple levelsmentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Each offering is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are, inviting reflection, growth, and embodiment in your own time and rhythm. There is no rush here. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, returning to the material as often as you need, allowing the teachings to integrate deeply and naturally into your life.

Return is a 21-day self paced journey designed to guide you back to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm. Through a blend of 20-45 minute videos of yoga, breathwork, tapping, intuitive movement, and integration each daily practice invites you to slow down, release what’s been held, and reconnect to yourself in a deeper, more honest way. This is not about perfection or performance, it’s about creating a consistent space where you can pause, feel, move, and gently come home to yourself.

This 7-day Strong Yoga Series is a journey through strength, intention, and deep connection—designed to build power in the body while creating space in the mind and breath. Each class weaves together steady, purposeful movement with moments of challenge and softness, guiding you through full-body strength, hip activation, core stability, and detoxifying flows, while also offering opportunities to slow down, reset, and refine your awareness. Through a balance of effort and ease, heat and release, you’ll cultivate endurance, mobility, and presence moving stagnant energy and reconnecting to your body from the inside out. By the end of the week, you can expect to feel stronger, more grounded, clear, and expansively aligned in both body and mind.
