Overview of the Journey

Day 1: Marrakech (2 nights) Saturday

• Airport pickup and transfer to your traditional riad.

• Meet & Greet with the group.

• Welcome dinner at the riad.

Day 2: Marrakech (2 nights) Sunday

• Guided tour of Marrakech, including Jemaa el-Fnaa, Majorelle Garden, Koutoubia Mosque (exterior), Bahia Palace, and the vibrant souks.

• Visit a local herbalist and learn about traditional Moroccan medicinal herbs and spices.

• Lunch in the medina.

• Opening Circle, intention setting, optional yoga and breathwork. 

• Dinner at the riad.

• Optional: Traditional hammam treatment at the riad. (see below)

Day 3: Marrakech to Dades Valley (1 night) Monday

Optional: Sunrise hot air balloon ride (departure around 5:30 AM, see below).

For those not participating in the balloon ride:

• Morning yoga.

• Depart after breakfast.

• Scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains toward the Dades Valley, enjoying breathtaking landscapes and dramatic mountain views.

• Lunch along the way.

• Check in to the guesthouse/lodge.

• Sunset yoga outdoors (weather permitting).

• Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 4: Dades Valley to Sahara Desert (3 nights) Tuesday

• Depart after breakfast.

• Visit Todra Gorge before continuing through the desert landscapes toward Merzouga.

• Lunch along the way.

• Welcome tea and snacks upon arrival at the desert hotel.

• Breathwork & Meditation session on the sand dunes (weather permitting).

• Dinner by the pool with live music.

• Overnight at the desert hotel.

Day 5: Sahara Desert Exploration (Wednesday)

• Sunrise meditation and yoga (optional)

• Explore the Sahara on a 4WD adventure and visit local nomad camps.

• Visit a local Berber cooperative for shopping.

• Enjoy traditional tea and live Gnawa music in Khamlia (the "Black Village").

• Authentic lunch with a local Berber family.

• Sunset yoga on the sand dunes.

• Dinner and overnight at the desert hotel.

Day 6: Visit local markets & fossil factory (Thursday)

• Sunrise meditation (optional)

• Breakfast at the hotel.

• Check out (luggage can be stored at the hotel during the day).

• Visit the local markets in Rissani and explore a fossil workshop, famous for Morocco's trilobites, ammonites, and marble fossils.

• Lunch at the hotel.

Optional: ATV adventure through the Sahara. (see below)

• Camel trek through the Erg Chebbi sand dunes at sunset.

• Check in to the luxury desert camp.

• Traditional Moroccan dinner.

• Campfire gathering with live music beneath the stars.

• Overnight at the luxury desert camp.

Day 7: Sahara Desert to Ourzazate (1 night) (Friday)

• Morning yoga, breathwork, and breakfast.

• Scenic drive through the Draa Valley, passing palm groves, kasbahs, and traditional villages.

• Arrive in Ouarzazate, known as the "Gateway to the Desert."

• Check in to the hotel.

• Dinner and overnight stay in Ouarzazate.

Day 8 & 9: Ourzazate to High Atlas Mountains ( 2 nights) (Saturday & Sunday)

• Depart Ouarzazate after breakfast.

• Optional visit to Telouet Kasbah or nearby mountain villages.

• Continue through the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains to your luxury mountain camp.

• Enjoy fresh farm-to-table lunches and dinners prepared with local ingredients.

• Relax, swim, journal, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings.

• Sunrise yoga, meditation, and mindful nature walks.

• Closing Circle and integration ceremony.

• Celebrate your final evening together with dinner, live entertainment, and a magical night beneath the stars.

• Overnight at the luxury mountain camp.

Day 10: Departure back to Marrakech Airport (Monday)
