This special gathering is a heartfelt celebration of Angie’s 40th birthday and the gentle arrival of winter’s embrace.We’ll come together in a cozy, nourishing space to sip ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine known for opening the heart and deepening connection both within and with each other.
The ceremony will flow with:
Heart-opening cacao ritual to honor Angie’s milestone and set intentions for the season ahead.
Gentle yoga and Soundbath to soften the body, ground our energy, and invite warmth from the inside out.
A closing sauna session to relax, restore, and melt into the season’s slower rhythm.
