Quarry Arts Building. This will be a unique and immersive experience that blends the soulful art of yoga with the transformative power of live music. In this 75-minute candlelit session, Madleen will guide you through an intuitive yoga practice, responding to the energy of the music and environment. Accompanied by the amazing Songstress, Celina Joan playing live in the background, the gentle glow of candles will enhance your connection to the moment, creating a serene and meditative atmosphere.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or a beginner, this event will offer a deeply nourishing practice that engages the mind, body, and spirit.
