Step out of the holiday energy and into a ceremony created to soften you back into yourself. This heart opening journey blends cacao, movement, breath, sound, and soul expression to help you feel grounded, open, and deeply restored.
Together, we’ll sip ceremonial cacao, move through gentle breath work, reconnect with the body and heart through somatic practices, journal with guided prompts, open our voices through soft singing, and end with a soothing sound bath to melt the nervous system into deep rest.
