Because of Labor Day, class will start Tuesday September 2nd and our last class will be Monday Sept 29th.
Morning Momentum is a supportive 4-week (16 class) program designed to help you build consistency and intention into your mornings. Whether you’re working on a goal, a new habit, or just want to feel more grounded, this series gives you the gentle structure to actually stick with it.
This 45-minute, Monday through Thursday online program, starting at 7:15 AM Central Time, is designed to help you create a sustainable, empowering morning practice that cultivates focus, clarity, and growth. Combining movement, breathwork, yoga, mantra, and journal prompts, it energizes your day and aligns your mind, body, and spirit.
