Morning Momentum

Morning Momentum with Madleen is a month-to-month morning program You can join for a single month or commit to a 6-month series to build lasting change. (November- April)

 

This 45-minute program, Monday to Thursday starting at 7:15 AM Central Time, is designed to help you create a sustainable, empowering morning practice that cultivates focus, clarity, and growth. Combining movement, breathwork, yoga, mantra, and journaling, it energizes your day and aligns your mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you’re looking to commit for just one month or embrace a longer journey, this series offers the structure and support you need to build consistency, discipline, and a meaningful morning ritual. Each session blends intention, science, energy work, and self-improvement to set the tone for a balanced and productive day.

About Madleen

Madleen is a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training, rooted in a rich blend of traditions including Traditional Kaula Tantra Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin (Baron Baptiste style), and Bhakti Yoga. She also holds a breathwork certification, weaving the power of conscious breath into her offerings.

As a first generation American-Palestinian woman, Madleen’s yoga journey was born from a deep desire to come into union within herself and with others. Her lived experience of witnessing separation and division inspired her to walk a path of healing, presence, and connection. Through yoga, she found a way to dissolve barriers and return to the truth of oneness.

Madleen is passionate about inspiring others to listen to the wisdom of their bodies, reclaim their voices, and breathe into their aliveness. She hosts yoga programs and in-person community events designed to foster unity, expression, and collective healing. Whether guiding fiery flows or meditative stillness, her classes invite people to come home to themselves and one another.
