Join us for a heart-opening cacao ceremony welcoming self-love and connection. We’ll start with ceremonial cacao, a sacred plant medicine known for its ability to open the heart and inspire compassion.
We will flow into soulful song singing into a movement practice with a blend of yoga and intuitive dancing and movement through natural instrument sounds to awaken your creativity and embrace the joy of self-expression and more!
After the ceremony, we have rented the sauna for you to cleanse, release, relax, and integrate the transformative energy of the evening.
This experience invites you to connect deeply with your heart, honor your body, and celebrate the beauty of being you.
