About the event
As the holidays approach, we often find ourselves rushing, overextending, and losing touch with our own presence. Into Me I See invites you to slow down, come home to yourself, and explore the sacred art of being fully witnessed and witnessing others.
This journey is rooted in Tantra as a practice of presence, awareness, and energy, moving beyond the stereotypes of sexuality into the deeper, transformative heart of intimacy. Together, we’ll explore practices that open the body, voice, and heart, and help us step fully into the dance of Shiva and Shakti, the dynamic of awareness and expression.
The evening will flow through mantra, breathwork, and embodied presence, culminating in a ecstatic dance set led by John Stuart.
Whether you are new to Tantra or experienced in the practices, this is a space to reconnect with yourself, engage deeply with others, and anchor in your own presence before the holiday…
