1 Month- Morning Momentum with Madleen is a 45-minute, Monday-to-Thursday morning program designed for those seeking to create consistency, discipline, and a meaningful morning ritual. Starting at 7:30 AM Central Time, each session combines movement, breathwork, yoga, and journaling to energize your day and align your mind, body, and spirit.


This program is for anyone who:

  • Struggles with maintaining a consistent morning routine.

  • Desires a supportive and nurturing space to establish empowering habits.

  • Feels overwhelmed or unmotivated in starting their day with intention.

  • Is looking to cultivate self-discipline while integrating science, mindfulness, and energetic alignment.
