About the event
You are invited into an intimate, heart-led women’s gathering led by Silvia Lopez & Madleen Yoga devoted to embodiment, connection, and remembrance of inner wisdom.
This overnight experience weaves together yoga, breath, sound, ritual, and community practices designed to support deep presence, nervous-system regulation, and authentic expression. Through movement, voice, stillness, and shared ceremony, we create a safe and intentional container for women to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate self-trust, and feel held in sisterhood.
The workshop unfolds gently over a full afternoon, evening, and morning, allowing space for integration, rest, and reflection. Participation is invitational and choice-led at every step. An optional overnight stay is available for those who wish to remain in the container and deepen the experience.
This offering is best suited for women who feel called to embodied practices, emotional awareness, and conscious community.
