Join us this Winter Solstice for an evening of connection and renewal. Together we’ll move through candlelit yoga, lift our voices in simple, soulful songs, and rest into the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. We’ll close by gathering in the warmth of the sauna, sharing space in community and honoring the turning of the season with intention and presence.
