Zen in the Yard 🌿

You’re invited to an intimate afternoon in the backyard to breathe, move, chant, and connect.

We’ll be offering m gentle yoga, drop into forest bathing and mantra chanting, and a nourishing sound bath. This is for anyone needing a soft landing, sweet connection, and a reminder of what it means to just be.

This isn’t a big event- just friends, community, and those who feel the call to gather in presence. Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted, a little more radiant.
