Afterwork ThriveSpace

First Wednesdays of the Month| 4:30 PM- 6:30 PM

For 2 hours on Wednesday evenings, we offer a safe, heart-centered space with yoga, movement, somatic practices, sound baths, authentic relating, and more. Here, participants are invited to calm their nervous system, feel seen and heard, build confidence, and unlock their fullest potential—leaving each session restored, inspired, and empowered.

Reset. Recharge. Reconnect. Join us the first Wednesday of every month for an after-work session of yoga, movement, sound, and authentic connection. Unwind, unlock your potential, and leave feeling renewed—body, mind, and spirit.

I felt that we truly connected with Madleen and Victoria. Both were very present and as a result we all felt very present. I liked going around the room and stating my intention in the beginning and at the end. The most important piece for me is to create a space for sharing.
